About Rosette Melt

Taking it
Take your next strip as usual. Don't take two to catch up.
Iron absorbs best away from coffee, tea and calcium, so leave an hour or two between them when you can. Some medicines, including thyroid medication and certain antibiotics, interact with iron. Ask your pharmacist how to time them.
Add up the iron from both. The NIH's upper limit for adults is 45 mg a day. If you're getting close to that, or your clinician has you on a set dose, check with them first.
The CDC says people with MTHFR variants can process all types of folate, including folic acid. If your clinician has recommended a specific form, check with them.

No. Rosette Melt doesn't change how much you bleed. It can help replace iron you lose. If your periods are heavy, that deserves its own conversation with a doctor.
Iron stores rebuild over months, not days, and everyone starts from a different place. After a couple of months, ask your clinician whether to recheck your ferritin. If nothing has changed after a few months, see a doctor about what else might be going on.
