If Rosette Melt isn't right for you, you have 90 days to ask for your money back.
The guarantee
- How long: 90 days, counted from the day your order is delivered.
- What's covered: your Rosette Melt order.
- What isn't refunded: the optional $4.95 insured shipping, if you chose it at checkout.
- No lab results needed. You don't have to prove anything about your iron levels.
How to ask for a refund
- Email info@shopclova.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- We'll reply with the next steps, including whether anything needs to be sent back.
When you'll get your money
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us as soon as you can with your order number so we can put it right.
Orders shipped to the EU
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days, for any reason.
