Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.

What it costs

• Standard shipping: free on every order.
• Insured shipping with priority processing: $4.95. This is optional and chosen at checkout. It isn't refundable under the 90-day guarantee.

How long it takes

• Processing: we aim to process orders within 24–72 hours. This is the time before your order ships.
• Delivery: depending on your location, most orders arrive within 7–10 days.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can look it up on our order tracking page with your tracking number. If you can't find your tracking number, email info@shopclova.com with your order number.

Problems with a delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimate, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email info@shopclova.com with your order number and we'll help put it right.
